"Smart Starter" Starter Booster Cart

The "Smart Starter" can crank up to 30 cars without the need for recharging the booster battery. That's performance you don't get from the competition.

Conventional jumper cables and booster carts can be dangerous! Sparks can cause battery explosions. Reverse connections can damage vehicle computer electronics. Risky equipment can be dangerous and expensive.

Reverse hook-ups do happen. When they do, the "Smart Starter" shows a red warning light and locks up until the connections are corrected. No sparks, no reverse boosts; the cables are never "hot" during the hook-up.

Built-in Automatic Charger and Low Battery Light
The automatic charger maintains the battery at peak charge while not in use. A panel light automatically indicates when the booster battery is low and needs to be recharged.

Vehicle/Operator Safety Protection
Christie's exclusive Spike Voltage Protection and Automatic Reverse Polarity Protection features prevent damage to vehicle computer electronic systems from voltage spikes/surges and reverse boosting. Christie's exclusive remote boost switch eliminates sparks from accidental reverse connections which can cause battery explosions.

Heavy Duty All-Weather Construction
The "Smart Starter" has large 500 amp vinyl coated clamps and heavy industrial cable which stays soft and flexible in sub-zero weather. Large 8 in. wheels and a hooked handle make for easy travel through rough areas in nasty weather.

Vehicle Battery Voltmeter
A separate voltmeter shows vehicle battery voltage to assist technicians in identifying other starting problems such as bad cables, connections or starter motor failures.
