With "Deep Discharge Recovery" for charging sulfated or deeply discharged maintenance free and conventional 12 volt batteries.

Christie's exclusive "Deep Discharge Recovery" switch provides extra initial charging voltage (18 volts) to break through battery sulfation. The charger automatically adjusts to normal charging voltage once the battery begins to accept charging current.

Higher Charging Performance
The QDD "Dud Buster" is rated for 70 amps continuous duty battery charging. It has three 12 volt charging rates for versatile applications and a two-hour timer switch with a "hold" position. Can also be used to "boost start" cars with dead batteries.

Vehicle/Operator Safety Protection
Christie's exclusive Spike Voltage Protection and Automatic Reverse Polarity Protection features prevent damage to vehicle computer electronic systems from charging voltage spikes/surges and reverse boosting. Also prevents sparks due to accidental reverse connections which can cause battery explosions.

UL Listed for Outdoor Use
The "Dud Buster" is listed by Underwriters Laboratories and Canadian Standards Association for all weather, outdoor use.
